$2 Digi Weekend

Well, it's finally the weekend.  Thank goodness for that.  Is anyone else as happy as I am about that?  I hope that you are off to a good start and you are staying warm, wherever you might be.  We got some snow here in Virginia last evening.  I love to watch it fall, but I love to see it leave.

It's been a super busy week for me and I'm sure you've had one too, so let's get right to it, shall we.

I am in love with this image.  Even though I drew it, every time I look at it, I wonder if Sally and Bella are enjoying a quiet moment or if they are whispering secrets to one another.  I haven't found out, because they aren't talking.

This sweet little image would be perfect for just about any occasion, including Valentines Day!  Oh and might I add that it would be PERFECT for this weeks challenge of Thinking of You!  You should really come join in the fun!!!

. . .is bird chirping weather.  I can honestly say that I agree.  That means that spring has finally arrived. And oh, how I can't wait for spring!!

Finally, I wanted to go over just a couple of things. 

The Sassy Cheryl's design team and I would love it if you all would participate in the weekly challenges.  I for one, do not 'surf' the web much, so it is really the only time that I get to see your amazing creations. And if you don't have time to enter the challenge, but enjoy using the Sassy Cheryl's Digis to create cards, please feel free to send the photos to me.  I'd love to add them as inspiration to new and currect customers in my shop.

So think about it, won't you.

Many of you have been so kind in your review of the Sassy Cheryl's digi illustrations, and I do want to thank you for that.  I do however want to point out that it is not me personally that sends out the emails requesting that you rate the images.  That is something that comes directly from the Big Commerce shopping system, where I host my shop.  I assume that it randomly sends out an email requesting that you rate your purchases.  I have gotten them on occasion myself because I do test purchases.  I would never ask you to review a product unless you have already used it, so if you get this email and have not used the image yet or do not wish to rate the digi stamp, simply delete it.  I apologize if it has inconvenienced anyone.

Things. . . .they are a changing in 2013!

Hip, hip, hooray!  It's FRIDAY!  I hope that you all have been enjoying a fabulous first week in 2013!
I don't know about you.  But I enjoy change. . . .sometimes.  :)

Over the past several months, I have been doing some thinking, research and praying and then a little more thinking and I have decided that this year at Sassy Cheryl's Digis, I am going to focus on my most beloved character Sassy Sally!  Yep, that's right, you'll be seeing more of her this year in a WHOLE NEW LIGHT!  And she'll be joined by her faithful furry friend Bella and their newest rescue, Bandit, the cat.  Oh, and Noah will be coming along as well!

For those of you who are followers on my PCP group, you will know that back in October, I adopted a wonderful kitten.  I have been thinking and thinking on how to introduce him and have had several images rolling around in my head.  You see, he is a very mischievous cat and he and Bella get into all sorts of trouble.  I will be introducing him to the mix very soon.

So, with all that said, I want ideas about what you'd like to see these characters doing.  I already have several sketches in the works, from faithful followers and lovers of Sassy Sally, but of course I need more. . .so let's have them.

Since I will be focusing on these guys, and I may add a few more fun characters, I need to move everything 'down' to the bargain bins.  Yep, that's right, all of the other characters, including Jeni, Polly, Avery, Samantha and gang have been moved down to the $2 bargain bins.  If you're looking for one in particular, you may simply do a 'name search' to find that image.

But I still have a $2 Digi for you.  This Sassy Sally image was just released late last night and she's just in time for Valentines Day.  But she'd also be perfect for a birthday, Mothers Day, Fathers Day or ANY other fun and special day.
